1. Platform eligibility

By joining Industri and by using our services, you agree to become a member of our community. By using the platform:

1. You are 18 years old or above.
2. You will only have one account, which must be in your real name.
3. You agree to use our platform in a professional manner.
4. You agree to respect our Community Guidelines.
5. You have not already been restricted from using our platform.
6. The information you share is accurate and not in violation with any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.

2. Your account

1. You agree to use a strong password and keep it confidential.
2. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.
3. You agree to keep your contact information up-to-date and to only provide accurate information.
4. You agree that your profile information will be truthful, including your employers’ name, your years of experience, your sector of focus, and your location.

3. Your data

1. By completing your profile, you agree to share relevant information about you with other members, including your name, your job title, sector of focus, years of experience, etc.
2. You agree that the information you share on the platform will be visible to other members of Industri, including what you post on your profile and/or on various communities.
3. You agree that information you share on the platform will be seen and commented on by others (including articles, posts, comments, etc).

4. Limits to your account

1. Industri reserves the right to limit your use of our services, including the ability to contact other members.
2. Industri reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your account if you do not respect these Terms & Conditions or our Community Guidelines.
3. If another member reports your account per articles 2 and 3 of the Community Guidelines, we will send you a notification of breach of the guidelines and will ask you to modify/remove/delete your behaviour within 48 hours. If you do not comply, we reserve the right to suspend your account until further notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Industri reserves all of its intellectual property rights in this platform. Industri, its logo and any other trademarks used on the platform are registered trademarks of Industri.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Laws

The laws of England should exclusively govern any dispute relating to the use of Industri. The English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute which has arisen or may arise out, or in connection with, the use of this platform.
